The pedagogy workshop is the first module of the NEB sequence. It is designed to allow the participants to understand the general framework of the referential through a reverse-learning process.
Regarding the NEB more specifically, the pedagogy workshop aim is to :
– Deepen the participants understanding of this referential
– Identify what the purpose and the main values of this this referential are
– Provide the required core knowledge for the next two steps of the module
During the first part of the workshop, the topic is introduced by the organizer of the workshop. That can be through a live presentation, or to a video or graphic content, that can also have been shared in advance with the participants.
For the NEB, we choose to propose a video format, where the group of students that worked of this module introduce the topic in an informal and engaging way.
During the second part of the workshop, the group discusses the presentation of the topic, using a reverse pedagogy approach and learning from each other questions and insights.
